These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MoogleTechnology ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our mobile applications, websites, and digital services (collectively, the "Services").

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Automated scraping or data extraction without prior written authorization.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols or gain unauthorized access to our servers.
• Utilizing the Services for any fraudulent or malicious activity.
• Interfering with the service experience of other users.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Billing is processed through third-party app stores (e.g., Google Play Store). Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms. MoogleTechnology reserves the right to modify pricing tiers with prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MOOGLETECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOGLETECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Amendments and Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoogleTechnology is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
