MoogleTechnology ("we", "us", or "our") aims to provide high-quality, functional applications. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures regarding financial transactions, subscriptions, and digital content purchases made through our Services.
1. Digital Goods & In-App Purchases
Most purchases made within MoogleTechnology applications are for digital goods or premium features delivered instantly. As a general rule, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except as required by local law or the specific policies of the distributing platform (e.g., Google Play Store).
2. Platform-Specific Refunds
Since MoogleTechnology applications are distributed via the Google Play Store, all financial transactions, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are managed by Google.
How to Request a Refund via Google Play:
If a purchase was made accidentally or the product is defective, you must submit a refund request directly to Google within 48 hours of the transaction. Please visit the Google Play Refund Request page for further instructions.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time via the "Subscriptions" section of your Google Play account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare instances where a technical defect prevents the use of a purchased feature and platform support is unable to resolve the issue, MoogleTechnology may, at its sole discretion, facilitate a secondary review. Please note that we do not have direct access to Google’s payment processing systems and cannot issue direct monetary reversals.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as the right of withdrawal for EU residents), which may grant you the right to a refund under specific conditions.
